| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LCSD;
Provide technical and production support for various systems and projects
Provide technical and production support for system monitoring tools
Prepare technical specification and evaluation for new or upgrade projects
Update technical documents and prepare operation manual
Install security patches on various hardware platforms
Prepare statistical reports like system utilization, bandwidth consumption, etc.
Perform on-call technical support and other duties as required
Work irregular hours if necessary

| Requirements |
University Degree Holder
Level 3 or above in English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE); or Level 3 / Grade C or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent is preferable
At least 2 years of solid work experience in IT production and technical support
At least 2 years of solid work experience in administration of LINUX and Microsoft Windows 2016/2019/2022 Server
At least 2 years of solid work experience in administration of server virtualization technology, including VMWare s
At least 2 years of solid work experience in administration of SAN and MSSQL
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
At least 2 years of solid work experience in IT production and technical support
At least 1 year of work experience in administration and support of anti-malware technology, including Kaspersky and McAfee is preferable
At least 1 year of work experience in administration of backup tools is preferable, including Veritas and Veeam
At least 1 year of work experience in IT Security is preferable
At least 1 year of work experience in administration of Active Directory is preferable
At least 1 year of working experience in ManageEngine product (including Endpoint Management Desktop Central) is preferable
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN);
. At least 2 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS);
. At least 2 years' experience in Storage Area Network (SAN);
. At least 2 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT);
. At least 2 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12);
. 1 year's experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Anti-Virus Technology (AVT) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in System Backup Operation (BKO) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skill:
. 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
