CRISD2410015) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Technical Support Nature Contract Deadline 22 Oct 2024 Contract Period 23 Oct 24 to 31 Mar 25 Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Hospitals Location Base HSHQ Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Duties - Serve contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve public hospitals for network management/infrastructure service; Perform any of the following duties: - Responsible for the technical support for various systems, networks and infrastructure: - Conduct basic technical support related tasks including installation, systems administration, patch management, documentation, etc.; - Conduct feasibility study including recommendation for new IT solutions; - Assist in the provision of consultancy based on IT and industry expertise; - Conduct quality assurance according to established guidelines and procedures to ensure the delivery of quality products; - Liaise with users, contractors and other IT teams; - Monitor service provision of IT solutions; - Provide end user support services including product evaluation, troubleshooting and helpdesk functions; - Prepare user guide and conduct user training; - Provide after office hours systems support. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 0.0 Requirements Specific Desirable Requirements: Experience in network and security infrastructure technical support in at least two of the following areas: - Network routers and Layer 2/3 switches; - Network firewall appliances; - Web Application Firewall, Intrusion Prevention System, Network Load balancer and Global Traffic Manager; - Network monitoring: PRTG, ELK and ongoing support; - Network scripting. Specific Requirements: - At least 4 years’ post-qualification experience in systems programming or technical support of system software. General Mandatory Requirements: - Holder of a Hong Kong degree in computer related subjects or equivalent; or holder of a Hong Kong degree other than computer related subjects, or holder of an associate degree or higher diploma from a Hong Kong tertiary institution in computer related subjects or equivalent with 1 additional year's relevant post-qualification experience in computing field.
